OmNomNomelettes is the brainchild of entrepreneurs Kevin Olmstead and Ben Edelman. Kevin is the guy you watch cook your brunch to order. Ben is the back-office guru and breakfast food aficionado. Both grew up together down the street in Dryden. Kevin left Ithaca to become a professional ballet dancer and returned a fledgling chef with a dream. Ben currently resides in northern Virginia, but loves to visit his childhood home in Dryden, as well as his alma mater, Cornell University (ever heard of it?).
We proudly support local farms, bakeries, and artisans as they produce the highest quality, most sustainable, and best-tasting ingredients for our omelettes. We focus on buying directly from vendors at the Ithaca Farmer’s Market, but frequently source from our friends at: Oxbow Farms, Nook and Cranny Farms, Cayuta Sun Farms, Polestar Farms, Humble Hill Farms, Lively Run Dairy, Crosswinds Farms, Plowbreak Farms, Six Circles Farms, Wide Awake Bakery, Just Desserts Bakery, Finger Lakes Farms, Muranda Cheese Company, Highpoint Farms, Remembrance Farms.
