In 2012, Brothers Matthew and Barton Diamond created a new concept of Fast Casual with a focus on freshness and an emphasis on sandwiches. We decided to make our bread from scratch, in-house, daily, with high-quality ingredients. We designed a globally influenced menu featuring our favorite flavors. All created in-house for a unique experience, unlike anything you can find at another restaurant. We gathered inspiration from Argentinian Steakhouses, New Orleans Po’Boys, Southern Barbecue, Hawaiian Shrimp Trucks, and Caribbean Cuisine.
