They've brightened up the former Bandwagon Brewpub space and offer latin american food and drinks late into the night. 🍉 Watermelon Jicama Salad (jicama, cucumber, carrots, watermelon, arugula, and mint tossed in lime juice, agave nectar, and olive oil) 🥒 and 🌽 Tlacoyo (Masa cake stuffed with refried beans and topped with salsa verde, poblano peppers, and queso fresco) 🧀. Sarah here from @ithacaisfoodies! #BiteOfIthaca ends tomorrow so I headed downtown again to squeeze in a few more stops. I was excited to see that for the second year in a row @mia_ithaca featured their 🍤 Prig Dow (diver scallops and prawns in roasted chili sauce with Thai basil) 🌶️. The sauce is so flavorful! Sarah here from @ithacaisfoodies! Our fourth and final stop on Wednesday night was @monksonthecommons for drinks and dessert! We were so excited to see that they had a cocktail as a #BiteOfIthaca special, so we both enjoyed a 🥃 Bengal Sour (bourbon, entamos apiaries raw honey, Darjeeling tea, lemon, black cardamom) 🥃.
